Licensed Massage Therapist Available by Appointment Swedish Massage : A therapeutic and pleasureable massage using light to moderate, flowing strokes that are designed to improve circulation, promote muscle relaxation and relieve stress. Deep Tissue Massage : A deeper therapeutic massage designed to release pain in chronically tight muscles. Although a full body, deeper techniques are used on targeted areas of concern. Your session will be personalized to meet your wellness goals. Aromatherapy Massage & Body Treatment : A 90-minute choreographed massage focusing on detoxifying the body which in turn boosts the immune system. A profoundly relaxing yet revitalizing body treatment that begins with gentle exfoliation and conducted with a hydrating body lotion and blend of essential oils prescribed to meet individual goals [energize, relax, or detoxify]. The techniques are used are light Swedish massage strokes, acupressure, and delicate lymphatic movements Hot Stone Massage : Smooth, heated basalt stones are combined with Swedish massage to provide a deeply relaxing experience which melts away knots and tension. The warm stones are bathed in water, then annointed with jojoba oil. The warm stones are used during massage strokes and are placed on chakra points, palms of hands and soles of feet. Pressure ranges from light to moderate. Salt Scrub Body Treatment : A customized scrub is prepared with your choice of essential oil blend and marine sea salt to exfoliate, soften and soothe your skin, creating a detoxifying system to increase circulation and relieve stress. Each session is designed for your individual needs to create a salt glow just right for you. The scrub is removed with hot aromatic towels, followed by a rich moisturizer application which will leave your skin feeling soft, supple and radiant. Gommage Body Treatment : Gommage is an herbal exfoliating cream that gently removes rough, dry skin cells. The treatment begins with a gentle dry brush exfoliation followed by an application of gommage to the body. Gentle massaging movements are used to manually roll the product along with dead cells for the skin surface. This is especially recommended for clients with delicate or sensitive skin. You will be rinsed with hot aromatic towels and hydrated with a rich moisturizer, leaving you feeling exfoliated and silky. Herbal Detoxification Wrap : A relaxing, detoxifying and nourishing treatment that works specifically on cleaning out toxins and free radicals, improving circulation giving your body a healthy, radiant glow. Includes gentle dry brush exfoliation, the applicaiton of a blend of essential oils and detoxifying creme in a relaxing wrap of warm blankets during which scalp and face are massaged. • Payment is expected at the time of the service. Cash and personal checks only.
• Lateness: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will provide the best service we are able to in the time that you have remaining. The session charge will not be reduced for late arrivals.
• Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Any less notice may result in a partial session charge.
